WELCOME TO SHIREHAMPTON F.C.
Good Evening and welcome to Wick’s players, SHIREHAMPTON
officials and supporters.
FOOTBALL CLUB
If tonight’s game is anything like our previous
encounter here at the creek you are in for a great
game. On the day we came away 2-0 winners but the President
game was very even and well matched but we took Kelvin Gordon
our chances and got a great 3 points. It was an
outstanding effort on the day from our boys and we Chairman:
will be hoping for the same again tonight.
Pete McCall
We know how good Wick can be, we have total petemccall1957@outlook.com
respect for them and understand that anything other
than 110% commitment to the cause tonight will see Vice Chairman:
us knocked out of a cup competition we are looking Sam Whittaker
to progress in. We have a few injury concerns but we
have a big squad now and the same 11 players every
week don’t win you things, it’s a squad game so it’s Secretary & Treasurer:
time tonight for players to step up and prove to me Mark Stockham
that they deserve to be playing week in week out. markstockham@yahoo.co.uk
In terms of injuries we are having a nightmare and Committee Members:
I’ve been forced to bring in new faces. Defender Ryan James Loud
Dunn joins from Roman Glass along with Winger Jack
Parker who joins from Chipping Sodbury. Also new to Sharlie Sollars
the team is attacker Jamie Horgan who we hope can Lee Rogers
add a cutting edge. Signing these players was Richard Whittaker
needed after the Bromley game as due to injuries we Paul Brimson
were very light in terms of options and personnel. Pete Kelly
The league table tells you how good the lads have
been so far and had it not been for the injury list I
would have had no need to bring in re-enforcements Bar Manager:
but needs must and these new lads need to hit the Alex Warman
ground running and show the same level of
performance and commitment as what’s already Club address:
here. When everyone is back fit our squad is going to Penpole Lane,
be top heavy and tough decisions will probably need
to be made, but we felt we couldn’t carry on with a Shirehampton
threadbare squad playing a waiting game. It’s down Bristol BS11 0EA
to the players now and they really need to step up
and make my decisions even harder if and when the Telephone number:
time comes. 0117 235 461
