League Review

Compared to previous weeks only a portion of matches had to be postponed
       through pitch conditions.

       uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division
A goal by Binfield's Adam Cornell in the ninth minute was the difference between
Binfield and Lydney Town at Stubbs Lane.
Bishops Cleeve hit Holmer Green for six at Kayte Lane. Stephen Davies started
the rout, Jack Watts added one two minutes later, and Denis Pepelyarski put
through his own goal – all in the first ten minutes! Jack Watts netted the fourth goal
before the quarter hour was up, Ieuan Crowe the fifth on just 23 minutes. The last
came in the final minute through Lucas Price. Denis Pepelyarski scored a
       consolation goal for Holmer.
Easington Sports won comfortably in fixture against visiting Royal Wootton
Bassett Town at Addison Road. But they owe a huge debt to keeper Joe White
who pulled off a fantastic save when the score was 1-0. Sports broke from the
resulting corner to make it 2-0 and Coombes returned to make it three at the end.
Bradley Cox, Luke Swann and George Coombes were the goal-getters.
Fairford Town were 3-0 victors over Windsor at Cinder Lane with goals from
Aiden Bennett, Danny Gudger and Charlie Bailey.
Reading City lost by the only goal of the game scored by Brimscombe &
       Thrupp at Rivermoor
Shrivenham welcomed a penalty from Chilcott which provided a victory over
Burnham at the Recreation Ground. A good game from end to end, just a penalty
between the two sides gives the home side another win.
Table toppers Westfields managed to maintain their unbeaten record in the
uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division with a 1-1 draw at home to Flackwell
Heath who went ahead through Ashley Howell at Allpay Park. Richard Greaves
levelled for Westfields before the interval.

       Division One East
Didcot Town Development were knocked senseless by Abingdon United
losing 7-1 at the Loop Meadow Stadium. John Haist was their sole scorer, whilst
Ben Crooks, Nathan Kimber, Kyle Moss and four by Henry Horton gave the away
       side a comfortable victory.
