View from the dugout
On Tuesday we worked hard to come away with the three points against
Cadbury Heath in a game that could have gone either way. But we got a
needed win and kept a clean sheet which is always welcomed.
Jason Ma hews s ll showed at 45 he is more than capable of stepping in
when required in goal.
But by the looks of it the win has come at a cost with injuries taking there
toll again. Ruben Nuevo - Draper, Lewis Dunn & Asa White who received 6
s tches to a nasty head wound are all doub ul for today.
Captain Sco Lewis is suspended a er last week’s red card against Bi on.
Perksy has secured the signing of former Mangotsfield centre half Lee
Hartshorn.
We know today is going to be a tough game against league newcomers
Saltash United but there is genuine belief in the side we can beat any one
on our day.
A er today we have a week to recover with no midweek game. Hopefully
some of the niggles players are carrying will clear up before we welcome
Clevedon Town on Saturday & travel to Cadbury Heath on Bank Holiday
Monday both 3pm KO
