Overview

This handbook is a summary description of E3’s employment policies and procedures. Please read this handbook
carefully and refer to it frequently. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the contents, any amendments to the
handbook, and the policies and procedures of E3. You can obtain additional information or clarification from E3
               Human Resources.

This handbook is not a contract guaranteeing employment for any specific duration. Your employment with E3 is at-
will unless a duly authorized employment agreement with E3 provides otherwise, or otherwise indicated by state
law. An at-will employment relationship means that both you and E3 have the right to terminate your employment
at any time. No E3 Manager, or representative of E3, other than the E3 Human Resources Manager, has the authority
to change your at-will status, enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period, or make any
promises or commitments contrary to the foregoing. Such agreements are not duly authorized and enforceable
unless they are in writing and signed by both you and either the owner of E3 or the E3 Human Resources Manager.

               Change in Policy
The policies in this handbook are subject to change at the sole discretion of E3. We will notify you of these changes
by appropriate means. Changes will be effective on dates determined by E3, and you may not rely on policies that
have been superseded. No E3 Manager has any authority to alter the foregoing. If you are uncertain about any policy
or procedure, please check with your E3 Manager or E3 Human Resources.

               State/Local Regulations
E3 is headquartered in the state of Virginia. Unless specified by the state or locality in which the employee is working,
specific contract requirements, collective bargaining agreement or other federal, state and local requirements, E3
will follow the laws of Virginia.

               E3 Ethics and Compliance Program
E3 has an Ethics and Compliance Program. This program is available to all employees who may need to confidentially
address or report any concerns regarding fraud, ethics, compliance, or HR matters to compliance@e3federal.com.
You may also contact the Ethics and Compliance Hotline anonymously, if needed, at 844-380-0005. For additional
information, please reference the Ethics and Compliance folder on E3’s internal SharePoint Portal.
