Property standards (contd.)
Bedrooms
• Clean, comfortable, hotel-standard bedding with no fraying or holes on any bed, and two pillows for each guest. Beds immaculately made with a Bedcover and few throw outs.
• Bed side tables with lamps shades and other forms of ambient lighting. A bedside rug/ carpet is a must have.
• An electric iron with an ironing board (one set per 3 rooms)
• Windows have opaque curtains, blinds, shutters or other
equivalent covering
• Three sets of linen should be made available.
Bathrooms
• No severe staining of any sort on any surface, this includes in between tiles, on shower curtains, along bathtub line, on walls.
• High end toiletries for guests, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap. Note: Wanderlust will provide for all of it's guests if not provided. Owner to be the cost-bearer.
• Hotel-quality towels, including bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, in sufficient quantities (minimum two of each per guest every alternate day)
• Toilet brush in each bathroom
• One hair dryer in each full bath
• Plunger in each home
• Windows have opaque curtains, blinds, shutters or other
