• Pots, pans, cooking utensils, matching flatware, matching dishes,
matching glassware including wine glasses all in adequate quantities and good condition for your maximum number of guests to prepare, cook, and serve a meal.
• Toaster & Blender
• No stains on appliances, inside refrigerators, or surfaces
generally.
• Mini fridges / Ice Makers should be functional and in good

• Enough seating for maximum guest count.
