Keeping pace with all other facets of Braman, the Café, located in the BMW/ MINI building, provides exceptional ser- vice and top quality. The menu sparkles with a variety of gourmet beverages from Starbucks co ee, cappuccinos and herbal tea to bottled Braman water.
Tasty goodies galore include co ee cakes, cinnamon buns, biscotti and other avorful delights. Fresh fruit, yogurt, and breakfast bars are also available for the more healthfully‐inclined.
the Café, Laureen Mello, who has worked in every restaurant capacity from hostess to server, bartender to manager, at such ne establishments as Legal Seafood and Morton’s Steakhouse, oversees the order- ing and operations. “I wanted to combine both my food and customer service expe- rience to elevate the level of service to all Braman customers,” she remarks.
Mello is credited for raising the bar from what started as a self‐serve for co ee, soda, and snacks, to a full‐service café with complementary breakfast, lunch, and beverages. Scrumptious cold‐cut and
