BRAMAN CONSTRUCTS ASTOUNDING ADDITIONS TO ITS WORLD-CLASS EXPERIENCE

Purchasing a new vehicle is one of those thrilling events one can’t get to fast enough. As the moment approaches, you likely want to park your current automo- bile as quickly and e ortlessly as possible and get the ball rolling. Braman answers the call of urgency with a brand new, convenient 260,000 square foot, 6 story inventory garage. The structure will o er 700 additional parking spaces for new cars. With no o ‐site storage, customers
will no longer have to wait to look at the car they want to buy, as all inventory will be stored on‐site and out of the elements – rain or sun.
And with the Porsche, Bentley, and Rolls Royce dealerships all attached to the garage, easy access is granted. Talk about immediate grati cation! The garage
will also have an infrastructure installed for approximately 75 vehicle charging stations. As one would expect, charging and parking will be free for all customers, including those just in for a service.

is spearheading the project. “The ga- rage will also house 20 programming and diagnostic spaces for our service department, as well as a detailing and ‘get‐ready’ area for new car deliveries,”
he adds. Ferrara reports the following construction status: Garage Levels 2‐6 are scheduled to be completed August 2018.
Also in the works are the new Bentley and Rolls Royce showrooms, parts and service bays, to be located on‐site in West Palm Beach. The buildings will boast
all the latest technology and systems available to meet the needs of Braman’s discerning clientele. “Bentley and Rolls Royce clients will receive a state-of-the‐ art facility that o ers a very comfortable and professional experience, as is the standard of Braman’s World Class Experi- ence” says Ferrara.
The exterior of the buildings, scheduled to be  nished in early 2019, will have a glass storefront and painted surfaces, as well as a metal panels system that will give these building that cutting‐edge, au-
tomotive look. The interiors will include painted drywall, tile and carpet  oors, glass partitions, LED lighting and high‐ end mill work cabinetry pieces, as well as graphics strategically placed throughout the dealerships. The showrooms’ interior design concept was dictated by the luxu- ry manufacturers themselves, so natural- ly, it will bring nothing but the best.
