London enjoyed a heyday of night clubs in the ‘80’s and the original Embassy Club was one of the best, run by the very well connected Mark Fuller. Mark is the go to guy for VIP hospitality, it’s not everyone who got asked by Buckingham Palace to look after catering for the Diana memorial concert. Opening The Boardwalk restaurant in Greek Street and then Sugar Reef with Marco Pierre White is was only a matter of time before Fuller turned his hand to Hotels.146
