fresh Lemonade is amazing, both contributed to the 884 litres served over each race weekend, whilst the guests consumed 760kg of food.
All this is managed, prepared and served by a team of staff, starting with the assembly team, who then hand the unit to the service team of; Maître d‘, waiters, bartenders, baristas, ham slicer master, oysters shucker, orist and stage prop specialists all delivering the service and ambience for the ne dinning food prepared by the kitchen team of chefs and cooks. So there is a small army crew coordinated by a team of operations staff. Very much like the teams in the garages, each members unique skillset keeps the team at the front of grid in delivery of trackside hospitality, which is why it is not at all surprising that the food and service is as great as it is.
From a sponsor or corporate entertainment standpoint you cannot beat it, for a race fan it is worth buying the hospitality package just for the food, never mind the access and excitement that goes with it at a GT Race.
