Sell
Selling happens after you have managed to solve. You will not know if the customer is willing and able to pay until you present your solution and ask for money. We tend to download trial version apps and when we exhaused the time we dont use them again. Usage does not amount to sell. A return customer is the true indicator of sell.
We use Javelin Experiment Board (market validation to test ability to sell and create return customers)
