Chapter BBQ Details

Please RSVP at bit.ly/DUOBBQ by June 13, 2017. In the event of severe weather the Member-

ship Committee will communicate any changes to guests who have RSVP’d. This communica-
tion will happen via the Evite and Chapter listserv as quickly as possible.

Pay online at www.paypal.com with a verified PayPal account to guarantee your payment is

received and processed in time. Please note the following required steps for using PayPal.

• You must have set up a verified PayPal account that is linked to your banking ac-

count. **NOTE**: This process takes a couple of days. If you have not done this
already, please bring a check to chapter meeting.

• Click the “Pay or Send Money” Tab

• Next click “Send money to Friends or Family”

• Enter ‘Treasurer@akaduo.org’ when asked for “Email or phone number”

• Enter the exact amont you are sending ,(e.g. $10.00)

• Add a note detailing with the paying is for (e.g. “2017 Chapter BBQ”)

• Before submitting payment, please confirm that your banking, (NOT Debit or
Credit card) account information is listed as the payment withdrawal method. If

this is not listed, please start over and follow the directions above.

• Missing any of these steps above will cause your payment to AKA-DUO to incure

fees on the chapter’s side. The DUO Financial Team will be sending you a request
for these fees if your payment is short.
