LEVERLOCK SIDE HOUSING

STANDARD SPECS
• Unit shall be manufactured from 16 GA Material. Unit is intermittently welded and then all seams
are caulked with an RTV sealant to prevent air leakage. Gasket is installed around the door to
ensure a positive filter seal.
• All units are design for 24”x24” or 24”x12” nominal sized final filters with a one inch header and
24”x24”x2” or 24”x12”x2” or 24”x24”x4” nominal size prefilters.
• All filters to have a upstream seal.
• Locking mechanism will only be operated from one side on 2 door models.
STANDARD GAGE OPTIONS
• Unless other gages are specified (Refer to sheet CSD-020), prefilter gages shall be a Magnehelic
2002 or Photohelic A3002, the final filter gages shall be a Magnehelic 2004 or Photohelic A3004,
and the overall gages shall be a Magnehelic 2005 or Photohelic A3005. Unless otherwise noted,
the gage tubing shall be copper with brass fittings.
