The last item I would mentions is something which I feel is very important, and that is the opportunity to
be a part of something
that brings us together as a nation, that makes us bigger and stronger than being alone, that shows the power of the collective experience.
Gillian Benson Joins Karate Canada
Karate Canada’s new Administrative Assistant / Logistics Coordinator is Gillian Benson.
She will be working out of our Montreal office and will provide assistance with communications, administrative tasks and various logistical duties mostly around Karate Canada’s National Team programs.
This is what sets us apart from non-member clubs, this is
why we should be proud of being a member and why we should support our Provincial and Territorial associations and yes, let’s not forget, the first step on the road to Tokyo 2020 is to be a member of a PTSO club that completely fulfils the membership requirements of the Provincial or Territorial Association to which it belongs.
This is a time for celebration and the road ahead will be challenging, but I know we are all up to the challenge.
