Volunteer Register

This year we’re hoping every family can volunteer an hour or more of their time to help run the Fair.
The duties are easy and it’s a fun way to support the school and meet other parents and helpers.

To volunteer and book your spot, please use the online parent-teacher booking
system www.schoolinterviews.com.au and enter code: 7bkw9

Please note: if you have spoken directly to a Fair organiser about helping, you will still need to log in
and fill put your name against an activity and time slot.

If you don’t have internet access, please contact the school office and provide the following:

Preferred time slot/s and stall or activity.

Mobile phone number and email address.

Santa Squad – can you help?
We also need helpers for setting up the Fair and for cleaning up. This includes:

Set up of equipment, stalls and marquees which may involve heavy lifting.

Food preparation.

Packing up equipment at the end of the event (after 8pm).

All volunteers that help out with set up or pack up will be required to complete an induction on arrival.
