Case Information Fields

Once the account number has been entered into the case and you save, you will be prompted
to enter additional information into the case information section.

                Note

            Be as accurate as
        possible when entering

           in these fields. The
        information you provide

           will help us identify
           issues with specific

               products and
               applications.

The two fields with red error messages are called „Dependent Fields‟ because what you
enter into those fields will impact the selections you will have in the proceeding fields.
„Persona & Product Type‟ are the first of the dependent fields you will fill in for each
respective set of fields which is why the error messages are placed under those headings.
Clicking any field will bring you to the „Dependent Fields‟ pop up screen where the selections
are ordered with either Persona or Product Type first.

When you receive the error message you can still click on the field to open that set of
dependent fields. The „Dependent Fields‟ box will pop up in the middle of your screen
leaving the surrounding area with a blue mask.
