There is an expectation to follow up with the dealer after 24, 48, and 72 hours without a
response. You can take this information to set a reminder for 24 hours from when you
changed the status to 'Waiting Dealer'. If you focus on combining the two activities
consistently, the process will inevitably become second nature.
The 'In Process' status can be used to indicate an action which you need to take, such as
making a call or filling out a vendor return authorization request.
How to Change Your Status
Your status can be changed from the case information section (right side of split screen)
Click the current status and a drop-down field with all status will open. Select the status you
would like your case to be in and click the blue 'Save' button on the far right.
