Adding Order Notes
There are several ways to find orders in SFDC.
1. Click on the Order record from the Orders related list on the Account, or type the Order Number in the
Global Search and click Search.
2. While on the Orders Detail page, click on the Add Comment button.
a) This will pop the “Add Order Comment” box over the order.
b) Enter detailed notes about the call and select Add Comment.
c) Once you click Add Comment, a box will populate stating “Your comment was added successfully. It may
take a moment to appear on the order”. Click Close.
d) Details entered will be sent to ECC, and sent back to SFDC.
Note: Order Notes will not transfer to the order in ECC if you are in “Edit Mode” in the order.
