                       (d)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
                           United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal

                           Nation:


                           impeachment proceedings and/or possible confinement; and white-balled
                           from all events and activities in our Tribal Nation until impeachment
                           proceedings are finalized depending on severity of violation; and a
                           minimum fine of $999.00 and a minimum of 81hrs in the “Bee Hive” if

                           impeachment is vacated, also white-ball may be extended if impeachment is
                           vacated.


                   Third Offense:


                       (e) *for government or regular tribal members of the Yamassee Tribe of
                           Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation:


                           Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
