                    CHAPTER 999.3 – NUWAUPIAN RULES FOR CHILDREN



                1. Child:  a person between birth and full growth; a human fetus; a boy or girl

                2. Minor: a person who is not yet old enough to have the rights of an adult.

                    ejaculation he is, by nature and Wu-Nuwaup, ready to father children and
                    become a husband; yet his mind has a lot to do with choice and his abilities to
                    support a family. So his parents must be consulted on this matter.”
