                76. RULES – Physical Hygiene

                    in their own movements.  169. Check the teeth and mouth. Keep it fresh and

                77. GUIDELINES – Physical Hygiene

                    “1. On hygiene we as Nuwaup-u “Nuwaupians” both female and males are
                    sanitary, live by cleanliness and good health.  3. As Nuwaup-u “Nuwaupians” we
                    are always clean our bodies and our garments under and outer.  4. Our saNaN-
                    aat Sanan-aat “Teeth” our lasan Lasan “Tongue” our faMam Famam
                    “Mouth” is healthy and clean and never ever with a foul, stinking or loathsome
                    bad smelling naSam Nasham “Breath” or odour.  5. We never have long
                    toenails and aayaS-u Aayash-u “Males” are not to have long extended finger
                    nails. Beneath the nails are always to be kept clean. aaSah-u Aashah-u
                    “Females”, wear nail polish. It should be removed and replaced before sleep and

                    kept neat every day.  6. Our wabar Wabar “Hair” is always kept clean and
                    tidy and neat. The style is our own choice whatever we as individuals feel
