– NUWAUPIAN RULES of the 24,000 Year Cycle for the Hereafter –

(a) Child on Child aggression: 180 days white-balled from all activities &

events, & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to change based on
the level of violation.)

(b) Adult on Child aggression: 1-5 years expulsion from the Tribe, plus
$900.00 – $9,000.00 compensation for the child’s care and well being (e.g.
physiological help) with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders before
reinstated as a tribal member. (Subject to change based on the level of
violation.)

Second Offense:

(c) Child on Child aggression: 9 months - 5 years expulsion from the Tribe,
(Parents are responsible for compensation) $300.00 – $9,000.00
compensation for the child’s care and well-being (e.g. physiological help)
with a follow-up review with the 24 Elders before reinstated as a tribal
member. (Subject to change based on the level of violation.)

forces or manipulates a child/teen into sexual activity, or uses the child/teen for
