               149. JUSTICES – Stealing or Shoplifting  **Each item taken using the act of
                   stealing, robbery, and/or fraud will constitute a separate offense or be joined

                   together depending on the incident. (Expulsion of a child from the Tribe is always
                   to be considered as “extreme action” and only used as a last resort.)


                    First Offense:  Compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the
                    owner or if items are not returnable, pay the cost of the item & 63 hrs in the

                    “Bee Hive” to be completed within 60 calendar days. (see – Larceny 999.1.5–
                    38b)


                    Second Offense:  30 days white–balled from activities and events, 90 hrs in the

                    “Bee Hive” to be completed within 90 calendar days, a fine of $200.00 plus
                    compensation for victim – item/s must be returned to the owner or if items
                    are not returnable, pay the cost of the item/s, & follow–up review with the 24
                    Elders. (see – Larceny 999.1.5–38b)



                    Third Offense:  Temporary disfellowship/expulsion for 9 months, item/s of equal
                    value returned to the victim plus full monetary value of item/s also given to the
                    victim & follow–up review with the 24 Elders before re-fellowship within the
                    Tribe.



               150. Fraud: the crime of using dishonest methods to take something valuable from
                   another person; a person who pretends to be what he or she is not in order to trick
                   people; a copy of something that is meant to look like the real thing in order to

                   trick people. (reference from – Merriam-webster.com – online dictionary)
