                    “concentration” is a very important principle in wu-nuwaup Wu-Nuwaup.  6.
                    It is for nuwaup-u Nuwaup-u “Nuwaupians” who seek to take control of their
                    own taALafaat Taȧṫafaat “emotions”, moods, actions, and lives.”

                6. JUSTICES – Domestic Abuse  (Subject to change based on the level of
                    violation.)


                    First Offense:  6 months to 1 year confinement & fine of $300.00, & follow–up

                    review with the 24 Elders; also, if any damages to the victim and/or property the
                    individual who caused the damage must compensate the victim.


                           **if the abuse is to an elder:  first offense is 1 year confinement & a

                           $500.00 fine & compensation (if it applies).


                    Second Offense: 1 year to 18 months confinement, a fine of $500.00, & follow–
                    up review with the 24 Elders; also, if any damages to the victim and/or property
                    the individual who caused the damage must compensate the victim.
