Nation:

automatic impeachment proceedings and white-balled from all events and
activities within the Tribal Nation until impeachment proceedings are
finalized; a minimum fine of $999.00, also restitution of funds and/or

property extorted from the victim/s must be paid if it applies; and a
minimum of 90 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, also white-ball may be extended if
impeachment is vacated.

106. Fiscal Mismanagement: is management that deliberately or not, is handled in a
way that can be characterized as “wrong, bad, careless, inefficient or incompetent
and that will reflect negatively upon the financial standing of a business or
