– NUWAUPIAN RULES of the 24,000 Year Cycle for the Hereafter –



                           “pg. 42. Any officer can and will be removed by the people for
                           incompetency, indecency, dishonesty, biases, instability of health both
                           physical or mental.”



                    First Offense:  minimum 90 days suspension (possibly without pay) and white-
                    balled from all events and activities within the Tribal Nation until investigation is
                    completed, possibility of confinement up to disfellowship/expulsion depending on

                    severity of violation; minimum fine of $360.00, also compensation for the
                    victim/s must be paid if it applies; and a minimum of 72 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.


                    Second Offense:  automatic termination and white-balled from all events and

                    activities within the Tribal Nation without pay until investigation is completed,
                    possibility of confinement up to disfellowship/expulsion depending on severity of
                    violation; minimum fine of $360.00, also compensation for the victim/s must be
                    paid if it applies; and a minimum of 120 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.


               118. Torture: the act of deliberately inflicting severe physical or psychological pain;

                   and possibly injury to a person or (animal) usually to one who is physically
                   restrained or otherwise under the torturer’s control or custody and unable to
