                    Offense:  minimum 30 days suspension and white-balled from all events and
                    activities within the Tribal Nation, minimum 30 days confinement up to
                    disfellowship/expulsion depending on severity of violation; minimum fine of

                    $360.00, and  a minimum of 90 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.
