                14. RULE – Befouling the Environment

                    “61. A Nuwaupian will not befoul outside running waters, lakes, streams, rivers,
                    oceans, ponds, or pools.”


                15. GUIDELINES – Befouling the Environment

                    “5. These Divine Rules though stricken on marble and set upon everlasting stones
                    are only diversions for the eyes and exercise for the tongue unless graven on the
                    tablets of your heart.  6. Thus you shall not fall into error.  7. nuwaup-u
                    Nuwaup-u “Nuwaupians” do not obey the statutes because they are the Divine
                    Rules of Wu-Nuwaup, yet because they are in accordance with your very nature
                    and inclinations.”


                16. JUSTICES – Befouling the Environment (Subject to change based on the level
                    of violation.)


                    First Offense:  A public apology, 36 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, & a fine of $300.00 to
                    $500.00.


                    Second Offense:  A public apology, 72 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, & a fine of $300.00
                    to $900.00.
