59. JUSTICES – Pillage or Spoil Tribal Lands (Subject to change based on the
level of violation.)
First Offense: 3 months to 1 year white-balled including 36 hrs in the “Bee
Hive” in the final month before ending the period of justice, plus compensation
must be paid to the landowner/s.
Second Offense: 2-3 years confinement, a $1000.00 fine, plus compensation
must be paid to the landowner/s.
999.2.8 – SHAMEFUL & IMMORAL BEHAVIOUR
