                       “40. If a male takes to wife a woman who has children by another then they

                       become his children to care for and provide for as his own DNA children.”

                       “72. Raise Nuwaupian children as if each is from your own body.”


                    C) The adoptive child shall have an absolute right to information and knowledge
                        about his or her biological family and the child's Tribal heritage.


                    D) Traditional Grandparents Rights: No disposition order or decree including
                        termination of parental rights and adoption shall divest the child's traditional
                        grandparents of their right to reasonable visitation with the child and their
                        duty to provide instruction and training to the child regarding Tribal culture
                        and traditions or their duty to provide the necessities of life for the child
                        should the parents be unable to do so, unless those rights and duties have been
                        extinguished in a proceedings in which the individual was a party to any
                        violations against the child.


                    E) Placement Preferences:  If a child is placed out-of-home, the following

                        placement preferences is suggested:


                       (a) With a member of the child's immediate family who resides on the
                           Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation tribal
                           land, Nuwaupia, or within a 50 mile radius;


                       (b)With a member of the child's extended family who resides on the Yamassee
                           Tribe of Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation tribal land,
                           Nuwaupia, or within a 50 mile radius;


                       (c) With another person who resides within or near the Yamassee Tribe of
                           Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation tribal land, Nuwaupia,
                           who has knowledge of and a desire to foster the child's tribal status and
