29. JUSTICES – Discipline (Expulsion of a child from the Tribe is always to be

considered as “extreme action” and only used as a last resort.)

First Offense:

a) Child on Child aggression: minimum 9 hrs in the “Bee Hive” & follow-up
review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to changed depending on circumstance...)

b) Adult on Child aggression: 90 days white balled from events & 27 hrs in the
“Bee Hive” & follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to changed
depending on circumstance...)

Second Offense:

c) Child on Child aggression: minimum 18 hrs in the “Bee Hive” & follow-up
review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to changed depending on circumstance...)

d) Adult on Child aggression: 180 days white balled from events & follow-up
review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to changed depending on circumstance...)

Third Offense:

e) Child on Child aggression: 30 days white balled from events and minimum
27 hrs in the Bee Hive, follow-up review with the 24 Elders. (Subject to
changed depending on circumstance...)

f) Adult on Child aggression: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe. (Subject
