49. GUIDELINES – Disrespecting Parents, & Elders
From paa Laraq Paa Ṫaraq “The Way” – Chap. 31 – “Your Children” – v.
132-135
“132. Once they are adults or act like adults, talk back, curse at you, disrespect
you, stay out too late, drink, smoke, take drugs, get arrested for crimes, or start
having sexual pleasures, it's time for them to be on their own. 133. Don't feel
guilty. You did the Bast/Bes you could do. Now it's time for them to face the
world on their own. 134. You're not their protector if they don't accept your
protection. 135. If they disrespect you and your house rules they have got to
move on.”
From paa Laraq Paa Ṫaraq “The Way” – Chap. 1 – “Office (Position) of Our
24 Elders” – v. 140-144, 146-147, 150
“140. The living youth must learn to respect the living Elders, for in time to come,
once they have transformed from this physical world of flesh, bone, and blood to
become spirit, soul, and ether. 141. Then they, the once living elder in this
physical world, will become the contact in the then living Etheric world of Baȧ
wu Akh. 142. The Elder living now is the link to the Guardians living in the
spirit world beyond all flesh, bone, and blood. 143. The Elder living now is the
link to the ancestors and old ones for your guidance, who will speak on your
behalf in the spirit realm which you all will come to. 144. Be it by age, or illness,
or accident, you will all enter the spirit world and must be greeted by an elder.
146. For you, the living, need them much more than they need you. 147. Death
will come as sure as birth did. 150. Protect the babe, guide the youth, and listen to
and respect your Elders.”
From Scroll #18 “Purity And Neatness And Maintenance Of Health” – Pg. 10
