Dr. WRIGHT STRABISMUS SET

I have been using Titan Surgical instruments for the past years and I have been very excited about their
potential in strabismus surgery. The Titan instruments are titanium and non-magnetic, which facilitates
picking up stainless steel needles. There is no magnetic jump as we often see with stainless steel
instruments. The titanium instruments also don’t rust and these instruments are absolutely outstanding
in regards to craftsmanship. They are made with fine precision so that the forceps inter-digitate perfectly
and are firm in regards to grasping tissue. The needle holders are made with carbide lined jaws so that
the needle does not slip once grasped.
I really like the innovation of Titan Surgical, such as the combined licking and un-locking needleholders,
which are smooth so they never stick during a needle pass. I am so happy with the new Titan instruments
that I have now changed over all my instruments so that they are all Titan Surgical instruments.
