3-8. Employee Referral Program
Erbe encourages employees to refer qualified candidates for employment with the company. Employees are eligible to receive a referral bonus for a submitted candidate that is ultimately hired for a position within the company.
The amount of such referral fee varies with the position for which the referred person is hired:
Management position Sales professional
All other positions
$1,500 $1,000 $500
50% of the placement fee will be paid to the referring employee the first paycheck following the date of employment of the newly hired employee. The balance is due upon the successful completion of 90 days of employment. Employees must be actively employed at the time of payout to receive the referral bonus.
Executive management, the hiring manager for the position, and Human Resources employees are not eligible to receive this referral fee for a direct hire.
It is the responsibility of the employee to notify Human Resources prior to the first interview of the candidate.
3-9. Incentive Compensation & Award Programs
Erbe has designed recognition programs for both corporate office and sales team members. These programs allow the company to recognize and reward employee performance that goes above and beyond normal company expectations. These recognition programs may take the form of bonus payouts, gift cards, service awards, or other. As award programs may change over time, please refer to separate communications regarding Erbe’s award programs.
Sales Department Incentive Programs
Certain incentive programs may be created to coincide with new product launches and/or sales promotions conducted throughout the year. These programs are established at the discretion of executive management. Employees should check with their direct managers regarding rules for sales promotions.
Sales Commission
Sales professionals should refer to the Sales Compensation Plan for guidelines concerning commission percentages and other aspects of this incentive compensation program.
President’s Club
The President’s Club is an award program that seeks to award eligible sales and marketing professionals for outstanding performance. The results for all sales professionals are summarized in a forced ranking based on criteria established annually by the President & CEO. Please refer to these guidelines, published annually, for more information regarding this award program.
