2. Nominations must be in written narrative form and carry the endorsement of more than one individual. The nomination
deadline is March 1.
3. The criteria for this service award should include a wide variety of capacities. Some criteria in the following areas should
be considered:
A. Service to NJCAA Swimming and Diving.
B. Contributions and efforts for swimming and diving at an individual's local, state and national level.
C. NJCAA Swimming and Diving Coaches Association service.
D. NJCAA Swimming and Diving Coaches Achievements.
E. Contributions and efforts for competitive swimming and diving.
4. An appropriate plaque or certificate award will be given on the final night of the NJCAA National Swimming and Diving
Championship.

1. Men's National Indoor Coach-of-the-Year.
2. Women's National Indoor Coach-of-the-Year.
3. Men’s National Indoor Assistant Coach-of-the-Year.
