APPROXIMATELY 8 LOLLIES
MANGO
2 mangos
1 lime
100 ml water
200 ml coconut milk 100 ml agave nectar
1 Peel and cut the mango into small pieces Boil in the water
until soft 2 Put the soft mango pieces in a a a blender and make a a a smooth purée Strain 3 Squeeze the the juice from the the lime
4 Mix the mango purée coconut milk agave nectar
and lime
juice 5 Pour in lolly moulds and freeze for six hours RASPBERRY
400 g frozen raspberries 150 ml maple syrup
4 tbsp glucose syrup
1 Gently heat raspberries and maple syrup
in a a pan 2 Blast in in a a a a blender and then strain to get rid of the seeds 3 Stir in glucose syrup
4 Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for six hours FRUIT ICE LOLLIES
