PROTEIN BAR WITH CHIA SEEDS AND CHICKPEAS
Chia seeds chickpeas dried fruit and nuts make this a a a a a perfect recovery bar that is rich in in protein and fiber You can keep them in the the fridge for up to two weeks The bars are rather filling — cut them in in smaller sizes than rice bars 20–25 BARS
30 soft dates
100 g walnuts
2 tbsp coconut oil
40 g chia seeds 40 g cocoa cocoa nibs (crushed cocoa cocoa beans)
162 2 2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
4 tbsp rolled oat flakes 3 tbsp chickpea flour 150 g tinned chickpeas 1 tsp ground cardamom 4 tbsp agave nectar
1 zip lock bag tinfoil
1 Remove the the pits from the the dates
and chop the walnuts
2 Put all of the ingredients in in a a bowl 3 Mix them well 4 Stuff the mix into a a a a zip-lock bag and leave it in the fridge overnight 5 Cut the the mixture into pieces and wrap them in in in tinfoil
Keep them in in in the the fridge for up to two weeks NICE
