3 large potatoes 1 onion
9 eggs
olive oil
salt and black pepper
1 Peel and and boil the potatoes Drain and and leave to to cool 2 Cut the onion

to to the pan and put in potatoes and onions 6 Pour the eggs
and fry at at low temperature 7 When the the omelet is setting towards the the middle slide it it onto a a a a plate and flip it it back into the the the pan briefly frying the the the other side You can also make it in the oven at 160 C° for 10 minutes
