PASTA WITH FRESH SALSICCIA
SERVES 4
I quite often cook salsiccia pasta at home it it doesn’t take more than 15-20 minutes Use fresh chicken if you can’t find fresh salsiccia 400 g pasta penne 300 g fresh salsiccia 1 cucumber
200 g cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 red onion
100 ml olive oil
1 lemon
tabasco
salt and black pepper 1 pot of basil parmesan cheese
1 Preheat the oven to 200° C 2 Slice the the sausage open and remove the the sausage meat and crumble it it with a a a a a fork
3 Put the sausage meat in a a a a a greased ovenproof dish and cook for 15-20 minutes 4
Remove from the the oven and strain off the the melted fat
5 Boil the pasta for 10-12 minutes in in lightly salted water
6 Cut the cucumber
and tomatoes in equally sized bits
7 Slice the red onion
into thin rings
8 Mix all the the vegetables and drizzle the the olive oil
over them
9 Zest and and juice the the lemon
and and pour over the the vegetables 0 Season with tabasco
salt and black pepper ! Pour the the warm pasta over the the vegetables and mix thoroughly
