PASTA SALAD WITH SMOKED SALMON SERVES 4
A cold pasta salad is perfect for lunch The salmon in in this recipe is is rich in in Omega 3 and the pasta is full of carbs Choose whole wheat pasta which makes you feel fuller for longer 400 g pasta penne
400 g smoked salmon 300 ml low fat crème fraîche 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard tabasco
a a small bunch of chives
200 g yellow cherry tomatoes 1 red onion
1 1 1 Boil the pasta for 12-13 minutes in in lightly salted water
2 Drain the water
and let cool off
3 Mix the crème fraîche and mustard Season
with a a a a few drops of tabasco
and chopped chives

Put the the salmon and and sauce in the the pasta and and mix
5 Top with halved tomatoes and finely sliced onion

I think that the combination of freshly cooked pasta goat’s cheese and hazel- nuts is stunningly good Even though this dish doesn’t have any protein you don’t miss it at all 400 g pasta of your choice 300 ml low fat crème fraîche 100 g g goat’s cheese 100 g fresh spinach

g hazelnuts 1 chilli
1 Boil the pasta in lightly salted water
for 10-12 minutes 2 Bring the the crème fraîche to the the boil and mix
in in the the goat’s cheese Let simmer gently to let the the cheese dissolve
3 Chop the spinach

Put the the spinach
into the the cheese sauce 5 Fold the the sauce into the the pasta 6 Finely chop the hazelnuts 7 Finely shred the chilli
8 Top the pasta with hazelnuts and chilli
