LEMON AND GINGER BAKED SALMON SERVES 4
600-700 g salmon fillet salt
zest from 1 lemon
50 g g g fresh ginger
1 1 Preheat the oven to 100° C
2 Cut the salmon into portions of about 150 g 3 Salt lightly

Zest the the the lemon
and grate the the the ginger
over the the the salmon 5 5 Cook the salmon for 15-20 minutes or or to a a core temperature of 42° C
PASTA WITH SPINACH AND CHILLI
SERVES 4
400 g dried pasta olive oil
1 chilli
1 clove of garlic
150 g washed spinach parmesan
1 Boil the pasta in lightly
salted water with a little olive oil
for 10-12 minutes 2 Finely chop chilli
and and garlic
and and fry lightly
in a a a saucepan
3 Fold in in the spinach 4
Put the the freshly boiled pasta in the the saucepan
and and drizzle olive oil
over it and and mix
5 Top with a a a generous amount of grated parmesan
