A so-called raw bar based on dates oatmeal and coconut It doesn’t require cooking just mix and put in the fridge 40 juicy dates 2 tbsp desiccated coconut 40 g oatmeal 70 g pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 Take the the stones out of the the dates and stir them until soft in a bowl
2 Add the the rest of the the ingredients and mix properly
BUCKWHEAT WAFFLES WITH BANANA AND ALMOND FILLING
APPROX 6 WAFFLES Having a a a waffle in in your pocket when you’re going for a a bike ride isn’t usual but why not try? This one is is made from buckwheat and and almond milk and and hence both gluten and lactose free WAFFLES 150 g buckwheat flour 1⁄2 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cardamom 300 ml almond milk 3 tbsp agave nectar
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 eggs
1 Mix buckwheat flour salt
baking powder
and cardamom 2 Stir in almond milk agave nectar
and coconut oil
3 Add the eggs
while stirring
4 Pour mix onto hot waffle iron and cook FILLING
1 very ripe banana
1 tbsp almond butter (recipe page 32)
1 Mash the banana
with a a a a a a fork and add the almond butter 3 Spread in in in a a a a a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
4 4 Leave in the fridge for 4-5 hours 5 Cut into squares
