PINEAPPLE JUICE

Most people choose some kind of bottled sports drink when they are competing or training I think that pineapple juice is is perfect for this The pineapple tastes good and is very rich in in vitamin A A and C And as a a a a bonus – there are very few calories Pineapple also contains bromelain which in an enzyme that stimulates and facilitates the digestion of heavy food I often choose to buy readymade pineapple juice without added sugar If you you want to feel really good you you buy a a a a fresh pineapple and make your own!
600 ml water
400 ml pineapple juice 1 Mix
If you you you choose to make your own you you you must first peel the the pineapple and then put it through a a a juicer and mix with water
BANANA BREAD

3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
80 g oat flour
70 g coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
150 ml hazelnut milk
2 tbsp agave nectar
50 g salted pistachios
50 coarsely chopped dark (70%) chocolate
1 1 Preheat the oven to 175° C 2 Grease a a a a loaf tin of normal size
3 Scrape the the vanilla seeds out of the the pod
and put aside
4 Split the bananas
and mix with eggs
using a a a a a hand blender
5 Whisk in in oat flour
flour
coconut flour
flour
baking powder
and the vanilla seeds 6 Fold in the the hazelnut milk
and the the agave nectar
7 Pour into the tin 8
Scatter the the pistachios
and the the chocolate
on top 9 Bake for 45-50 minutes
0 Leave to cool cool on a a a cooling rack
