good enough we have to go go shopping We’re of course rarely alone in the kitchen More and more teams now have their own chefs so you have to to find a a a space to to work from I’ll have time to eat a a a quick lunch if I’m lucky before I start preparing supper at 14 00 You have to hit the ground running – it it takes time to cook everything from scratch The guys usually have supper around 19 30 – 20 00 A small starter will be waiting for them on the the table so that they can start immediately when they they sit down they they don’t like waiting The main course is served as as a a a a buffet it’s easiest since they all eat different sized helpings And always a a a couple of of different kinds of of protein: meat or bird and fish And of of course loads of of vegetables rice and pasta And that’s it for me I usually go to bed at at 22 00 00 Next day starts at 6 00 00 Working with the the best cycle team in in the the world isn’t exactly glitter and glamour On the contrary – it’s hard work But I love it!
