First thermometer is the mid size example the raised front section (thermometer attached into metal supports) strongly and clearly transferred in black with title (as above) plus some verbiage about Dr Forbes/ Specifications - apparently sick room temperature is 60! 99. W REEVES CERAMIC THERMOMETER. 7.2ins tall. Rectangular off white with curved top and shaped lower featuring an inset thermometer - bulb in open space below, hanging hole at top. Black transfer W REEVES & Co? 26 MINORIES and below large numbers, all in black. Some crazing, no damages. 9/10. NR. £40-60+
100. LARGE CERAMIC BAROMETER & THERMOMETER. 17ins tall. A very impressive, shapely, off white pottery thermometer. The straight sided upper section carries a thermometer held in metal clasps transferred with both Fahrenheit and Centigrade measurements. In the lower wide,
shaped, section is a glass
fronted metal housed barometer
- all measurements in black.

- equating to 1909. Some
crazing but overall very
good - no damages.
