Over 230 province specific bulletins were emailed to every facility in Canada over a 4-month period, immediately following governmental announcements and updates.
Direct Calls
to Every Member
Regional Directors called every NGCOA Canada mem- ber during the pandemic to check to see how they were doing and to ensure they were receiving the bulletins. Ongoing consultation from the entire NGCOA Canada staff who fielded hundreds of member calls and were there to help make sense of the ever-changing landscape that we were facing.
The NGCOA Canada has been amazing. For a long time I knew we had the greatest association you could ask for, but you guys have gone above and beyond in the most challenging time I have experienced in the industry. Thank you!
