As a Superintendent, you know that
every year, season, month, tournament and day brings new challenges. The hard part in this industry is to not only plan and complete the regular challenges but to try something new and exciting. Usually, we tend to repeat the processes that have worked in the past as they are tried and tested. This will always be the safe way to do things, but will leave you personally unchallenged. I love discovering a better program, application, technique and hopefully a better result.
