On September 14, 2021, social media lit up around the world on #ThankASuper Day, recognizing superintendents for their dedication and commitment to keeping the game going and enjoyable. CGSA joined international organizations including the Golf Course Superin- tendents Association of America (GCSAA); British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association (BIGGA), the Australia Sports Turf Managers Association (ASTMA) and The Federation of European Golf Greenkeepers Associations (FEGGA). All together, these groups represent more than 31,000 golf course management professionals in over 80 countries around the world.
