EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Exclusive education sponsor, Syngenta, helped provide a speaker line-up that was filled with outstanding content. The conference kicked off with Keynote Speaker, Andy Nulman, who provided 9-holes of wisdom on what he has learned over his extensive career, from working on the internationally acclaimed Just for Laughs Comedy Festival to working in the mobile media world.
Following the Keynote, there were 3 days of educational sessions where delegates could not only earn continuing education credits, but also learn new skills or tricks on how to be leading edge Superintendents in this ever- changing world. Presentations were made by Micah Woods (Asian Turfgrass Centre), Adam Moeller (formerly USGA, now independent consultant), Jonathan Smith (GEO), and many others. The educational opportunities at the CGCMC are simply unmatched.

Mike Banton (University of Guelph), Matthew Rodrigue (University of Guelph), and Justin Casat (Olds College) all received scholarships to help assist with their education towards becoming future Superintendents.
