What will it Cost?
Finance is in two forms, capital cost and operational cost.
Capital Cost
To develop the centre will require raising captial to carry out the building and
refurbishment work.
It is anticipated that the project capital will be financed by generous free-will
donations from individuals, church communities, businesses in the community,
support from the County Council and possibly Welsh government grants.
Operational Cost
The development capital cost will be £550,000.
Operational Cost
The micro business enterprises of Coffee shop, gift shop, soft play and charity shop
will also add annual income along with housing and benefit allowances.
It is estimated that the accommodation centre will have an operational cost of
